Wondertouch has released a Universal Binary version of its particleIllusion 3.0 particle-effects software for Mac OS X. particleIllusion 3.0.5 is a free update that runs natively on both Intel- and Power PC-based Mac computers.

In this release wondertouch has also updated pIllusionRender, the standalone renderer included with particleIllusion 3.0, to support batch rendering -- functionality that has already been available to users on the Windows platform. pIllusionRender is now a Universal Binary as well.

particleIllusion 3.0.5 for OS X is available immediately. Owners of particleIllusion 3.0 can download a free update to version 3.0.5 from the Wondertouch Web site.
